These terms apply to your use of Light Hour. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with Apple App Store terms.

Not Medical Advice

Light Hour is a lifestyle and utility app. It is not a medical device, therapy service, diagnosis tool, or emergency alert system. If you have persistent insomnia, breathing problems, mental health concerns, or other medical symptoms, seek advice from a qualified professional.

Alarms and Notifications

Light Hour uses iOS notification and audio capabilities to support alarms, but no mobile software can guarantee wake-up delivery in every circumstance. Keep a backup alarm for critical events, travel, medication, work, or safety-critical obligations.

Subscriptions

Light Hour PRO is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions with a one-week free trial when available. Purchases, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the App Store. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings or atApple subscriptions.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to abuse backend sync, bypass DeviceCheck or StoreKit validation, reverse engineer server protections, or use Light Hour in a way that interferes with service reliability for other users.
